Dear McFamily,McDonald's Malaysia has been named as a winner of the Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Gold Award for the Family Restaurant category. Selection of winners is based solely on thousands of consumer votes gathered across the country, and analyzed independently by Nielsen Research for accuracy and integrity.
On behalf of our 8,000 employees, our Managing Director, Azmir Jaafar received the Award at a special ceremony held on May 5. It was a very proud McDonald's moment.
Congratulations everyone! We couldn't have won if not for your passion and commitment that puts the shine on the Golden Arches.
Please note that we have been given 500 complimentary copies of the Reader's Digest May issue. We will send out two copies to each restaurant, and the rest of the copies will be distributed to the Head Office employees, to commemorate this wonderful achievement.
